Exchanges

We want you to adore every Kiss & Kare product! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong one, we’ve got you covered with a hassle-free exchange. Just let us know, and we’ll make it right!

Exchange Period:

You have [5] days from the delivery date to exchange your item

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Include the following in an email to contact@kissandkare.com:

  • Subject Line: Kiss & Kare Exchange

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Product(s) being exchanged

  • Include photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

2. We will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs:

If requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to send it back!
